How this calculator works:
Interpreting Results:
- Exact #: this is the percent of times (out of 10000) that the hand took exactly this number of tricks.
- Cumulative: this is the total chance of taking this many tricks or more.
- Bid EV: this is the amount of points you can expect to earn making this bid based on chances of making the bid, being set, and potential bags.
- Average: this is how many tricks took divided by the number of playouts, 10000.
- Median: this is the midway point where half of playouts took fewer than this amount and half of playouts took more than this amount
- Mode: this is the number of tricks taken that happened the most.
- Best EV Bid: this is the bid that can expect to earn the most points in the long run.
